For the same 10 grade high schools, the quality might be varied quite widely. So we need to always look at nation-wide survey instead of the rate from neighborhood. That's why the USNews rank for high school has higher value to refer to

The top 3 high school in WA you saw from the list are all international school which recruit students worldwide, while New Port High is the only school which only requires proof of residential (including renting). That's why the renting in that area never be a problem; as well as re-sell once you finished the school.

Btw, what's your child's academic advance level? Does he/she have good chance to win the competition to get into the international schools? If yes, we could relax and extend the target area wider; otherwise, we have to concentrate on zipcode 98006.

不过华盛顿大学刚建分校在Bothell, 接下来的10年, Bothell Vs Bellevue会不会重复之前的历史真不太知道.

从好地段的小房子, 择机逐渐滚动升级, 对于太忙, 没有太多时间投资的同学们来说风险小, 可操作性强的选项.
